| Terms We charge a £100 non returnable deposit on booking, with the balance due 28 days before your stay. You are expected to leave the house tidy so that the cleaning firm can come in, and their charge is included in the price. Although we do not levy a breakages deposit, you are expected to report breakages / damage to us at the end of your stay, and we may, at our discretion, ask you to contribute to the cost of any such breakages or damage.
