Terms<\/strong>
\nWe charge a \u00a3100 non returnable deposit on booking, with the balance due 28 days before your stay.
\nYou are expected to leave the house tidy so that the cleaning firm can come in, and their charge is included in the price.
\nAlthough we do not levy a breakages deposit, you are expected to report breakages \/ damage to us at the end of your stay, and we may, at our discretion, ask you to contribute to the cost of any such breakages or damage.

Rates<\/strong>
\nFriday to Monday rates are 60% of a week, Monday to Friday 70% of a week’s charge.
\nA discount on the weekly rate is available for stays of 10 days or longer.<\/p>\n
