So while it may not be perfect, it does have everything you need for a perfect holiday in the Lakes. That&#8217;s what our guests have been saying for the last 40 years, and some have been returning that long.<\/p>\n<h3>What to expect, what to bring etc<\/h3>\n<p>The only thing we do not provide is bed linen and bath towels.<\/p>\n<p><u>What you will need to bring<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bottom Sheets<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Duvet Covers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pillow Cases<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bath Towels (we supply kitchen towels and tea towels)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There are two king size double beds and three single beds.\u00a0 The full layout of the house and bedrooms is on our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.beney.org.uk\/cottage\/accommodation\/\">accommodation page<\/a><\/p>\n<p>You might also want to bring with you<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Toilet Paper (there is always a roll or two for when you arrive)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kitchen Roll<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Coffee and tea<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dishwasher tablets (we try to leave some but can not guarantee this)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Plus, of course all the usual things you need for your holiday. Here&#8217;s our own <a href=\"holiday_check_list\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">personal check list<\/a> in case you find it useful.<\/p>\n<p><u>Facilities<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Just to remind you, the cottage has the following facilities<\/p>\n<table border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"50%\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Freezer<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Microwave<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dishwasher<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">TV with internet and HDMI input<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Washing Machine<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tumble Dryer<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">and<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">a Large Cafetiere<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><u>Oil, electricity, logs etc<\/u><\/p>\n<p>These are included in the price of your stay.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Cleaning after your stay<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This is also included. You are expected to strip the beds of your own sheets \/ duvet covers and to leave the house tidy and in a condition ready for the cleaners to come and do their job.<\/p>\n<p><u>Telephone<\/u><\/p>\n<p>The house had a telephone number for incoming and emergency calls, but BT has recently changed to digital voice and currently this is not working.<\/p>\n<p>Mobile phone reception is variable depending on provider, but much better than it was a few years ago.\u00a0 Most networks get a signal at least somewhere in the house.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Internet<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The house has Wifi and a 40 \/10 Mbps rural fibre broadband connection.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How we work Round Table is not run as a commercial business &#8211; it&#8217;s been our family&#8217;s holiday home since 1974.
